Our fundraisers and events are used to help share our rescue mission and fund our spay and neuter program.  We need funds to stop the unplanned and ever-increasing numbers of unwanted puppies and dogs. 

Below are our current fundraisers and events.
1.  Battle of the Bone: Van Buren and Alma FFA a to make a real difference for two local animal shelters in Crawford County by donating the items listed in the comments below. Pawzatively Canine and Almost Home Shelter will receive these supplies.

Every donation, big or small, counts! Drop off your contributions with Mrs. Dement (Room 401), Mrs. Duran (Room 412), or at the VBFA office. Let's come together and show our community support!

2. Pampered Chef Party - a percentage of orders received will go to our rescue.

​3. Alma Farmers Market -  We will be there to introduce the community to our rescue, have items to sell and some puppies and dogs available for adoption.

We are collecting dog food in order to feed the numerous homeless dogs in our community and individuals struggling to feed theirs.  You can leave your donation at one of these locations:

Gryner Construction HWY 64 Van Buren or at Van Alma Mini Storage HWY 64 Van Buren.
